I have come across posts suggesting that un/re-installing 1Password on my phone might fix the problem but I'm afraid to try that since I am using (and have to use) 1Password 7 and 1Password 7 is no longer listed in the App Store - at least I can't find it.

There are threads at 1Password support about it (e.g., ) but no resolution. This is far from unique to me and seems to be possibly related to the iOS 15.6.1 upgrade.
